About the job

The Key Account Executive will drive business growth by managing and expanding key client accounts across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. You will develop strategies to enhance client presence and sales, while fostering strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key accounts on TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and develop strategies to drive sales and engagement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize client performance across platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute client initiatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular reports to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven success in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada platforms.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and results driven.
