Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain cloud-based infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.
Manage Azure Active Directory, user permissions, and security policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related incidents and service interruptions.
Perform system updates, backups, and patch management to ensure stability and compliance.
Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure and Security teams to improve system performance and reliability.
Support cloud migration and integration projects across departments.
Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and incident reports.
Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with company IT policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration, with exposure to Azure Cloud environments.
Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure AD, VMs, Storage, and Networking.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, and general networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewall).
Familiarity with PowerShell or scripting for automation is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate) are highly desirable.
Service-minded, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
