Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain cloud-based infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.
  • Manage Azure Active Directory, user permissions, and security policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related incidents and service interruptions.
  • Perform system updates, backups, and patch management to ensure stability and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure and Security teams to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Support cloud migration and integration projects across departments.
  • Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and incident reports.
  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with company IT policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration, with exposure to Azure Cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure AD, VMs, Storage, and Networking.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, and general networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewall).
  • Familiarity with PowerShell or scripting for automation is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate) are highly desirable.
  • Service-minded, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
