Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute procurement of goods, raw materials, and equipment required by the organization.
  • Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers offering appropriate quality and pricing.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare purchase orders (PO) and follow up on delivery status.
  • Inspect and ensure the quality of goods and services meets defined standards.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, production, and accounting teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Prepare procurement reports and cost analyses for management review.
  • Maintain and develop strong, long-term relationships with suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management will be an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze costs, compare supplier quotations, and make data-driven decisions.
