We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer and Visualization Specialist to manage and optimize data pipelines, transformation workflows, and visualization platforms for our internal products. This role will focus on leveraging Azure Databricks for data engineering tasks and Apache Superset for data visualization, enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.

About the job

The Senior Merchandiser is responsible for planning, sourcing and product mix to optimize sales and profitability. This role involves forecasting trends, analyzing sales data, working closely with suppliers, and ensuring products are available at the right time and in the right quantities to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

Product Planning and Forecasting: Responsibility for Rewards sourcing. Product analysis with CRM Data and offer products to align with customer preferences, referencing market data and customer purchasing behavior.
Supplier Relationship Management: Negotiate prices and terms to optimize sales and profitability and build strong relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain.
Pricing Strategy: Update sales trends regularly. Develop competitive pricing strategies based on market research and sales performance.
Sales Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data to achieve company target. Monitoring products on the shelf. Ensure products are displayed effectively to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Data Entry: Prepare and enter data into systems accurately and efficiently, Such as new SKU, new vendor if any. following established procedures.
Collaboration with Other Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to resolve operational issues and other factors impacting overall performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Merchandising, Account management, Sales, preferably in the Retail Buying sector.
Experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
