About the job

Join our dynamic team to develop and implement innovative sales strategies, including up-selling and cross-selling. Act as a key client liaison, ensuring their needs are met and accounts are well-managed. Collaborate with diverse teams, including Merchants, PMs, and BAs, to deliver tailored solutions. Engage in varied tasks, from creating performance reports to managing exciting lucky draw campaigns, while enhancing your analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales proposals, including up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Monitor sales and create weekly performance reports for clients.
  • Develop comprehensive sales plans for both physical and non-physical rewards.
  • Gather client requirements and collaborate with the Merchant team on deals.
  • Coordinate with business admin for quotations and documentation.
  • Work with PM/BA to propose solutions and meet client needs.
  • Act as a client liaison to ensure all account-related requirements are met.
  • Plan and manage pricing, terms, sales plans, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with agencies for pricing and client approval for lucky draw campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Experience in an Account Executive role.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a flexible attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.
