About the job

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role involves prospecting, presenting solutions, managing sales opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value-added reward and promotion programs for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and convert leads from CRM campaigns into sales opportunities through calls and emails.
  • Present company products and services, identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities and manage up-selling activities.
  • Develop sales proposals and plans covering both physical and non-physical rewards.
  • Collaborate with the Merchant team to create and execute promotional deals.
  • Maintain strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Thai and English; Salesforce proficiency and additional languages are advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone presence, written ability, and attention to detail.
  • Proven success in building relationships and driving new business growth.
  • Experienced in lead generation, nurturing, and appointment setting.
  • Quick learner, able to explain products and processes to business decision-makers effectively.
  • Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Native Thai speaker with moderate English proficiency; Salesforce knowledge and additional languages are a plus.
