About the job

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to develop and execute creative marketing strategies across multiple social media platforms, with a strong focus on LINE Official Account, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The role involves competitor research, content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis to drive engagement and brand growth.

Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience with a full range of social platform, including, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, especially LINE Official Account.
  • Intensive competitor research to get industry insights, audience insights, segmentations & consolidating to be a practical creative content strategy.
  • Plan and execute a creative strategy & communication idea for marketing campaigns both brand side & client side.
  • Create various forms of social media content – text captions, videos, and images etc. that are suitable for the various social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, especially LINE Official Account.
  • Prepare a clear & creative brief for Designer team.
  • Work with Media planner, Media buyer, & Designer to make sure all creative content strategy & materials are aligning with planned marketing strategy & meet overall KPI
  • Take control of Ezy Reward Application in terms of Marketing part including process of Engagement Strategy, Artwork production, Reward Planning & Purchasing, Inventory management & Report.
  • Daily monitoring content all responsible platforms to stay highest performances and avoid negative feedback.
  • Intensive analyze & consult overall performances & suggestions with Manager
  • Creating the report, finding the insights, providing the solutions & suggest practical next move for client.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in media planner, media buyer, creative content, digital advertising or marketing field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Communication Arts, Marketing, Digital media or related filed.
  • Have a conceptual ideas and Solid knowledge of digital landscape.
  • Have a good skill in Communication and problem-solving analysis.
  • Strong storytelling is a must.
  • Effective time-management & High responsibility is a must
  • Follow trend of digital marketing and social media.
