About the job

The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing and expanding key client accounts across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. This role requires strategic planning, fostering strong client relationships, and implementing initiatives that enhance client presence and maximize sales performance on e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to manage and grow key accounts on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Analyze client performance and provide actionable insights to optimize sales, engagement, and overall presence on each platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and analytics, to implement and execute client initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, delivering insights and recommendations to clients for continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and platform updates to identify new opportunities for client growth.
  • Proactively address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure the highest level of client service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada, with a proven track record of driving success on these platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding goals and delivering value to clients.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
