About the job

We are looking for an Operation Officer (Logistics) to oversee and coordinate the end-to-end inbound process, from scheduling and document verification to inventory accuracy and issue resolution. This role will work closely with customers, sellers, warehouse teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, meet SLA requirements, and improve overall inbound efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the inbound process with customers, sellers, and warehouse teams.
  • Prepare and manage Inbound Schedules to ensure operations meet planned timelines and SLA requirements.
  • Verify inbound documents and information, including ASN, PO, Packing List, and Billing details.
  • Check received goods against documents and system records, and follow up on discrepancies such as shortages, excess quantities, incorrect models, or quantities.
  • Monitor inbound status and Pending Inbound to ensure all receiving activities are completed within the required timeline.
  • Review and analyze Inventory accuracy after receiving, including investigating discrepancies, stock loss, or inventory mismatches.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve inventory issues and prepare reports, including KPI reports such as inbound volume, SLA, and accuracy.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce errors and improve inbound efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain.
  • Experience in E-commerce Logistics and Fleet Management.
  • Experience in Heavy Goods / Bulk Distribution is a plus.
  • Proficient in WMS and TMS systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage both Last-mile Delivery and Bulk Distribution, with flexibility to work extended hours when required (OT available).
