About the job

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Content & Social Manager to lead the planning, creation, and execution of content strategies across social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. You will be the key driver behind impactful brand storytelling, trend-driven content, and community engagement.

This role requires a strong strategic mindset, creative flair, and excellent leadership to guide internal teams and ensure consistent brand messaging. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape content directions, oversee social calendars, analyze performance, and deliver insights that move the needle. Responsibilities

As a Senior Content & Social Manager, you will take the wheel in managing, planning, idea generating, and supervising the execution of content creation and social media for all channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram…

  • Be at the forefront of the latest emerging & viral trends, industry developments, technologies and best practices.
  • Work closely with Account, Creative and Planning teams on the development of Client’s debrief, content direction, brand’s mood & tone, social media strategies, activities and tactics to drive communications.
  • Perform extensive content research and analysis; create specifications and content appropriate for the brand’s customer personas.
  • Strategize content pillars and sub-pillars. Plan in details and maintain the social content calendar ensuring social media content is regular, relevant and engaging.
  • Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, ensure they are followed & qualified, and published on time.
  • Define the needs, methodology and process of social performance review/tracking/report by channel (paid – owned – earned channels, social out-reach, KOL/KOC/ Influencer, etc.) and by type (content, creative, community, competitor, campaign, etc.). Give final learnings and recommendations from strategic communication POV.
  • Initiate creation, conception, and presentation of community & advocacy strategy.
  • Supervise on community & advocacy management scopes, as well as those on internal social media channels and company sites.
  • Train/coach for team members based on their specific needs and expertise.
  • Share with internal teams about social trends, viral content and performance (market/category/brand benchmarking/evaluation/report…).

Qualifications

We would like to hear from those who have:

  • Experience in a Manager role in communication/advertising environment.
  • At least 5-7 Years of experience in Content Creation, Copywriting and Social Media management (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram,…)
  • Your creative style should be positive, insightful, and authentic.
  • You understand social media as your daily life and have knowledge of measuring performance on social media and digital.
  • Proven solid leadership skill.
  • Creative thinking and regular idea generation.
  • Must be effective at multitasking, time management, presentation skills, strategic and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Operate with discipline ensuring timely deliverables.
  • A keen eye on detail.
  • Embrace changes and challenges, able to handle pressure well.
  • Effectiveness of team collaboration.
  • Proactively contribute solutions and ideas to clients’ brief & request.
