About the job

We are looking for a Marketing Manager – Branding & Strategy to strengthen BUZZEBEES market positioning, brand narrative, thought leadership, and commercial marketing impact. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who can translate complex B2B technology solutions into clear, compelling, and business-driven messages for enterprise clients, partners, events, digital channels, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions to strengthen BUZZEBEES market presence and competitive differentiation.
  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives, sales priorities, and revenue growth.
  • Create and enhance sales materials, including company profiles, pitch decks, proposals, brochures, and case studies to support enterprise sales.
  • Oversee content marketing, website, SEO, blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, and thought leadership to increase brand awareness and generate inbound leads.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, seminars, exhibitions, partner activations, and retail marketing initiatives to drive business opportunities.
  • Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to identify market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Set KPIs, coach team members, and establish effective marketing workflows, content calendars, and performance tracking processes.
  • Utilize AI tools and data-driven insights to improve marketing productivity, campaign effectiveness, content quality, and overall execution efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5–8 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Brand Strategy, Marketing Communications, Content Marketing, or Integrated Marketing.
  • Experience in Technology, SaaS, CRM, Loyalty, MarTech, FinTech, E-commerce, Digital Platforms, Agencies, or Consulting is highly preferred.
  • Excellent Thai and English communication skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions into clear, compelling business messages.
  • Strong knowledge of Brand Positioning, B2B Lead Generation, SEO, Content Marketing, Event Marketing, and Sales Enablement.
  • Commercial mindset with experience managing members and the ability to connect marketing initiatives to business growth.
  • Hands-on, proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
