About the job

We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to support BUZZEBEES in strengthening brand positioning, marketing communication, and commercial impact. This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies, develop compelling content and sales materials, and support campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with strong communication and project management skills, who can turn business and technology solutions into clear, engaging, and customer-focused messages.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of Marketing Plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
  • Support Brand Positioning, Messaging, and Value Proposition to strengthen BUZZEBEES’ brand presence.
  • Develop and coordinate Marketing Content and Sales Materials, including presentations, company profiles, case studies, and social media content.
  • Manage and coordinate Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Website, SEO, LinkedIn, and Newsletter activities.
  • Plan and coordinate Marketing Events, Seminars, Exhibitions, and Partner Activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Product, and other cross-functional teams to support business and customer needs.
  • Track Campaign Performance and Marketing KPIs, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize AI Tools, Technology, and Automation to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Strategy, Marketing Communications, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in B2B Marketing or Technology, SaaS, CRM, Loyalty, MarTech, FinTech, or E-commerce is preferred.
  • Strong Thai and English communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear and compelling messages.
  • Good understanding of Branding, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Event Marketing, and Sales Enablement.
  • Strong Project Management and Coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong Commercial Mindset with an understanding of how marketing activities contribute to business growth and sales.
  • Hands-on, proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, AI tools, and automation.
