Burger King was founded in 1954 with over 17,000 branches in more than 100 countries. In Thailand, the fast-food chain operates under Minor Group PCL, with 44 branches in Bangkok and 31 more branches in other provinces, as well as 15 branches in several airports.
Burger King Thailand wanted to better understand and engage with their customers through an application with features such as online order management and a rewards system for both in-store and online orders.
