Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and Business Analysts.

  • Define and govern project management standards, methodologies, and frameworks.

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of CRM loyalty and e-commerce platform projects.

  • Manage and prioritize project portfolios to align with business goals and resources.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs, project health, risk, and quality metrics.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and act as escalation point for critical issues.

  • Drive continuous process improvement, agile adoption, and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing large teams. 
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale, complex digital transformation projects. 
  • Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Background in CRM, loyalty solutions, and/or e-commerce platforms (B2C or B2B) is a plus.
