Creation of the TMB WOW campaign to promote online financial services via TMB Touch application


Thai Military Bank (TMB) has been providing transactional services to Thais for over half a century. With a commitment to our “Make the Difference” motto, the company was the first to exempt inter-regional transfer charges and is still improving their services to offer an outstanding experience to clients.


TMB wanted to expand its client base as well as transform into a comprehensive digital bank by improving the perception of its TMB Touch application as not just a mobile banking application, but a more comprehensive lifestyle platform.

We improved the TMB Touch application by integrating a customized Loyalty Program, TMB WOW, and drove in-app transactions by offering points to clients. This resulted in a 92% campaign engagement rate and a 134% increase in transactions, earning TMB Mobile Banking Initiative of the Year from the Asian Banking & Finance Awards 2018.
