Creation of Drink More, Win More campaign to increase sales and engagement through a rewards program

Background

The Coca-Cola Company is the world’s largest beverage company with distribution in over 200 countries. It has been available in Thailand since 1949 and is still the best-selling soft drink with 35% market share in the non-alcoholic industry.

Challenges

Coca-Cola Thailand wanted to arm itself with a competitive edge in the cutthroat dark-colored soda market. The goal was to customize Coca-Cola Thailand LINE Official Account, introduce sugar-free Coca-Cola, and enhance brand awareness and online engagement.

In addition to customizing the features of Coca-Cola Thailand LINE Official Account, we successfully introduced sugar-free Coca-Cola by conducting a marketing campaign alongside handing out free samples. Our Drink More, Win More rewards program, where customers submitted the code under the Coca-Cola bottle caps via LINE, also helped the company increase their engagement rate and sales.
