About the job

TikTok Content Creator – Live streaming and Short Video, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of content creation, strategy, and execution on the TikTok platform, produce, and publish TikTok content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our sale target.


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for TikTok that supports our brand sale objective. Stay updated on TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content performance.
  • Lead the ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing of TikTok videos. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality, creative, and shareable content that drives engagement and increases brand visibility.
  • Monitor TikTok trends and user feedback to identify opportunities for audience engagement and interaction. Respond to comments, messages, and user-generated content in a timely and authentic manner to foster a sense of community and loyalty among followers.
  • Utilize TikTok analytics tools and other data sources to track key performance metrics, measure the effectiveness of content campaigns, and identify areas for improvement. Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize content strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including content creators, editors, and content agency partner, to execute high-quality and visually compelling videos and live streams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators to amplify our brand presence on TikTok.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and cohesion across all channels.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital content creation, with a strong portfolio of successful TikTok campaigns or videos.
  • In-depth knowledge of TikTok platform features, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences through visual content.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
