About the job

Under general supervision of Key account manager to assist with sales, promotion, campaign joining, inventory, customer service and general store operations, including maintaining product, store rating, KPI’s performance through online platform.


  • Understand key business metrics and drivers. provide training including tools and documents.
  • Coordinate with relevant team to solve the problem or align with the same process.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Contact Key account manager to resolve problems and customer complaints as assigned.
  • Keep monitor inventory, including such duties as processing orders, receiving and pricing set up.
  • Recommend solution to increase rating as store policies.
  • Assist with special promotions and displays as assigned.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.


  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • A fast learner who is able to work with set deadline.
  • Experience in similar industry is a plus.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Seller center, Online platform etc.
  • Must be time flexible and able to work in a rotational shift system including public holidays and weekends.
