About the job

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Account Executive to manage our CRM platform, enhancing customer interactions, tracking performance, and driving growth. Act as a key client liaison, ensuring their needs are met and accounts are well-managed. Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the CRM platform to optimize customer data management, ensure accurate tracking of client interactions, and enhance user adoption across the organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring all account-related activities are aligned with their goals.
  • Work closely with clients to gather detailed requirements, translating them into actionable plans and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on those needs.
  • Liaise with teams across departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions and to support strategic initiatives.
  • Develop, review, and manage pricing structures, terms, and contract timelines. Ensure all agreements meet client expectations while aligning with company policies.
  • Analyze CRM data to monitor account health, identify trends, and report on key performance metrics to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of client campaigns, including coordinating with external agencies, obtaining client approvals, and ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Regularly assess and improve CRM processes and strategies to better meet client needs and enhance overall account management effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in account executive, client management, or related.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good passionate to work in CRM platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
