About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for POS and CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and overseeing the sales team to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote POS/CRM solutions to clients.
  • Identify market trends and create tailored approaches to address client needs.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and lead the sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and support as needed.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of POS/CRM solutions.

Sales Reporting:

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management review.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in POS/CRM solutions or related industries, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
