About the job

We are looking for a results-driven Online Marketing Executive to join our team in the E-Commerce Enabler team. This role focuses on developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across various online channels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, strategize, and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad creatives for each platform.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and optimize ad spend distribution.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR, ROAS, and AOV to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly media performance, identifying trends and actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Set up and utilize conversion tracking, pixels, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking to measure campaign performance accurately.
  • Oversee affiliate advertising programs and coordinate with partners or platforms to drive sales through affiliate channels.
  • Stay updated on advertising policies, algorithm changes, and best practices for each platform.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, data analysis and key account teams to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and data-driven strategies.
  • Monitor and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly media performance reports, identifying trends and actionable insights to optimize future campaign strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, especially in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, and Lazada Ads.
  • Strong understanding of Search Ads, Display Ads, Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and E-commerce Advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, Shopee & Lazada Seller Center.
  • Experience in data analysis, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools.
  • Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Passion for learning and staying updated with digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
