Our company was founded in 2012 by Michael Chen who is a successful internet and security entrepreneur in South East Asia that has been operating iConcepts for the last 13 years in biometric security systems and applications, since the beginning we’ve focused on providing the best user experience possible and constantly work in innovating technology.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and prospect cold leads
  • Pipeline development and customer acquisition activities, including direct sales, co-selling
  • Identifying areas of new opportunities
  • Build relationships for new prospects clients.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Drive effective, accurate, and timely forecasting and pipeline reporting.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams on prospective deals to ensure accurate bids, compelling value propositions and a frictionless deal environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree in business, sales or related field.
  • Strong communication skills; speaking (TH), reading and writing (TH and EN)
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments
  • Sales Skills & Techniques / Management
  • Work under metrics and KPIs in a systematic way
  • Dynamic person and good team player
  • Able to work under pressure and deadline
