About the job

The Business Development & Partnership Senior Manager is responsible for managing relationship with corporate CRM points owner and Merchants who receive points redemption, business development activities, significantly contributing to the development of new partnerships and funding opportunities. You are expected to acquire new points owners and merchants to join our projects and develop relationships with them.


  • Source and build up the largest base of merchants for “mePoint” and other Moon Shot project.
  • Identifying, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Proactively creating opportunities to access available funding sources.
  • Co-developing winning bids with business development team, client, and partners.
  • Reaching out to targeted clients to sell, upsell and maintain positive long-term relationships.
  • Identifying and building relationships with key decision makers within potential client organizations and funders.
  • Researching and building relationships with new clients (including all corporates who have CRM points system and all potential merchants).
  • Coordinating and supporting communication plans for enhanced visibility and influence with targeted audiences.
  • Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
  • Monitor revenue and platform performance. Ready to change plan according to the performance.
  • Providing support for strategy development and sales performances.


  • At least 3-5 years of Experienced sales and partnerships development professional with a proven track record of building relationships and winning business.
  • Experience in proposal presentation and the proposal management process.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management and collaboration skills.
  • Driven and motivated self-starter with ability to do the business trip as part of a supported merchant acquisition part.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a willingness to assume responsibilities to deliver against targets.
  • Willingness to think outside the box even when under pressure.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze complex information from a range of sources and present in a succinct and compelling way.
  • Fluent in English (TOEIC score > 600)
  • Tech background is a plus.
  • Experience in Points redemption is a SUPER PLUS.
  • Have corporate clients with good relationships on hand is also a SUPER PLUS.
  • MS Power Points and presentation skill are a MUST.
