The Mall Group Co., Ltd. (The Mall) partners with Buzzebees Co., Ltd. (BUZZEBEES) a leading Thai tech company in CRM & Digital Engagement Solutions to transformThe Mall Group’s paper vouchers(Physical Gift Voucher)into the digital system (E-Voucher) (to meet the needs of customers in the digital era that emphasizes convenience. Customers will now be able to use their accumulated points from participating Loyalty Programs to exchange redeem for E-Voucherand use them inall branches of The Mall Life Store and The Mall Department Store,, Emporium,EmQuartier, and Paragon Department Store (excluding The Mall Nakhon Ratchasima and all stand-alone stores). This project aims to reach over 130 millions Loyalty Programs users within BUZZEBEES’ Ecosystem
