About the job

We are looking for a results-driven and talented Strategic planner & Marketing Executive to assess the short and long-term goals of our Moonshot projects and suggest ways to accomplish them. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our projects’ success according to trends and customer requirements. The position is also responsible for conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.

Job Description

  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting for assigned accounts.
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Work with relayed team to execute and monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • Develop and implement Points redemption strategy to improve projects’ performance.
  • Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
  • Develop promotion calendar and performances.
  • Monitor revenue and platform performance. Ready to change plan according to the performance.
  • Providing support for strategy development and sales performances.
  • Presenting project performances to upper management.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of users' behavior to derive suggestions for improvements.

Qualification

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Online Business or POS or any related field.
  • A degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a strategic planner or Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
  • Tech background is a plus.
  • CRM or Points Redemption is a SUPER PLUS.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
  • Well-developed understanding of data analysis as well as website metrics.
  • Good data interpretation and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
