About the job

We are seeking a motivated Strategic Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability by managing key client accounts across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strategically grow client accounts to enhance revenue and profitability.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets by leveraging BUZZEBEES’ solutions to drive business results.
  • Utilize our products and services to maximize business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their goals.
  • Prepare market benchmark and competitive analysis for our client segments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and align solutions with client objectives.
  • Oversee the client lifecycle, ensuring the acquisition, retention, and satisfaction of customers.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure customer retention.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and loyalty platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
