About the job

Working as part of the e-Commerce team, Vendor Acquisition will be responsible for making outbound calls to acquire the new merchants

Job Description

  • Planning to execute on sourcing both the online and offline sellers on different market platforms
  • Make outbound contact with prospective sellers to establish a deal and offer.
  • Educate and provide technical knowledge to new merchants with the Buzzebees system.
  • Achieve the targets and KPIs by following the Monthly VA Plan.
  • Contribute the business by accomplishing result as needed and able to negotiate (terms & condition)
  • Update the management team on weekly progress
  • Building good relationships with merchants
  • Interact with stakeholders of different teams (Merchandiser, Business Developer)


  • Experience of E-Commerce/Retail merchandising or buying experience at a relevant company (preferably within a digital channel)
  • Ambitious team player with drive and willingness to take own initiative an take decisions.
  • Strong independent problem-solving skills, must be oriented toward problem resolution and improvements.
  • Well managed multitasking skills
  • Sales person skill
  • Experience in Salesforce Program is a plus
