About the job

Job Description

  • Drives creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Change initiatives to enable their Functional Area and ultimately the FC to meet and exceed Business Plan. Sets / clarify requirements and expectations for FC Managers or 3PL management teams.
  • Measures performance, provides feedback.
  • Leverages the Operations and Area and 3PL Managers by sourcing and nurturing ideas and rolling them into the creation of improvement plans for the functional area.
  • Takes proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts, and among the networks.
  • Works closely with support functions, HR, Finance, Facilities, Technology) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in his/her area, as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives.
  • Able to address operational and personnel issues affecting the functional areas.
  • Can work on multiple tasks and skills


  • At least 5 years of Warehouse/Fulfillment Operations Management experience in retail, eCommerce, logistics, distribution environment, or related industry
  • Flexible to work extra hours including weekends or holidays during a big campaign day
  • Proficient in Data Analysis
  • Very good in English communication skills
