About the job

As a Growth Marketer, responsible for Retail Solution business (SaaS), you will be in charge of end-to-end retail marketing execution. Your mission is to scale the retail product client base(Your clients are small-to-medium business owners) through marketing campaign & lead generation programs. Reporting to Marketing Manager, you will be a key player to grow the Retail SaaS business unit where your work will make a huge impact on both our business and the business of our clients.

Job Description

  • Work with cross-functional teams (Product / Marketing / Sales) tp run Customer Acquisition program through Inbound and Outbound Marketing campaigns through the use of Paid Advertising (Google, FB, TikTok), Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Referral, etc. and pass on the leads to Sales Team
  • Develop hypothesis and continuously run A/B tests in order to generate as many leads as possible at the most optimized cost
  • Supervise media agency to optimize performance marketing campaigns and oversee a regular report for management update
  • Work with MarCom Team for any creative asset required to run your marketing campaigns
  • Manage budget and maximize ROI on digital marketing spend

Qualification

  • 3+ years experience in MarketingE-Commerce / Digital Agency or Tech Startup experience is a big plus
  • Familiar with Performance Marketing especially Facebook and Google Ads
  • Familiar with Digital Marketing metrics e.g., CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, CAC, etc.
  • Strong analytical skill and confident in processing complex data via Excel
  • Self-starter with a CAN-DO attitude, take full ownership of your job
  • Active, Friendly, and able to work well with others as well as independently
  • Good Command of English and Thai
  • Bachelor’s Degree
