About the job

Job Description

  • Provide business improvement solution and design internal control principle in order to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of operations, business process and compliance with standards, rules, and regulations of company.
  • Analyze, Design and Develop e-from and e-workflow including write process/procedure and instruction for improvement efficiencies of business process
  • Lead improvement project or initiative to improvement critical operation process.
  • Work with cross-functional team to coordinate and streamline business process.
  • Prepare audit work program and audit work papers as well as document of all audit work papers properly
  • To evaluate on the effectiveness of internal control including summarizing, review, and communicating audit findings/issue to facilitate the audit planning and execution of the audit plan


  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in information Technology, MIS, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 years experience in business process improvement, process improvement project/tool, preferably both on planning and execution
  • Able to analyze and design workflow solution to align with business requirement
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
  • Quick learner, Self motivation and keen in leaning new technology
