About the job

Join our dynamic team as a Key Account Support and play a crucial role in driving success for Dealshop/Bees Rewards!

You’ll be responsible for onboarding new merchants, negotiating exciting promotions, and coordinating flash sales that captivate customers. In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage deal extensions, ensure creative artwork is delivered for campaigns, and act as a problem-solver by liaising with merchants to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to new merchants to onboard them to Dealshop/Bees Rewards.
  • Negotiate promotions and communicate flash sale schedules with merchants.
  • Extend deals with merchants when campaigns expire (3-6 months per campaign).
  • Brief merchants on artwork requirements for Flashsales.
  • Follow up on customer service (CS) cases and coordinate with merchants to resolve issues.
  • Prepare monthly reports and quotations to send to partners.
  • Ensure tax invoices from merchants are complete for each month.
  • Assist the team with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Highly responsible and able to work well under pressure.
  • Proficient in document management and report creation.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in dealing with merchants or managing client accounts is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to follow up on tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn new things.
