About the job

The Merchants Acquisition & Partnership Executive is in charge of acquiring merchants to join and accept our “mePoint” and also to oversee the operations between merchants and points owners to ensure that both customers and merchants have the best redemption and selling experience.

Job Description

  • Source and build up the largest base of merchants for “mePoint” and other Moon Shot project.
  • Ensure all merchants complete the on-boarding cycle and start receiving “mePoints” from all our clients and platforms.
  • In charge of the accounts and sales targets of merchants under his/her care.
  • Oversee the operations team that handles merchant and customer enquiries.
  • Work with Marketing team to plan and create marketing events and campaigns to drive sales during any campaign periods.
  • Establish relationships and driving negotiations with merchants
  • Incubate merchants to understand a business process

Qualification

  • Degree holder in any field
  • Fluent in English (TOEIC score > 600)
  • Knowledge of CRM market and CRM Redemption are preferred.
  • Previous experience in selling POS or technology and have clients on hand are a bonus.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in sales or any related field.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good data interpretation and organizational skills.
  • MS Power Points and presentation skill are a MUST. Ambitious team player with drive and willingness to take own initiative and take decisions.
  • Strong independent problem-solving skills.
  • must be oriented toward problem resolution and improvements.
  • Well managed multitasking skills.
  • Be able to work in tough situation.
