Job Description

  •  Lead team to set merchant acquisition target & new partners both of subsidy type & non-subsidy by matching trends happening, i.e. new shop trend, seasonal theme.
  •  Keep relations & negotiate with partners regarding business terms, price, etc.
  • Create merchant strategy plan which matched with criteria end user behaviors, Point or Eligible scheme including with advice suitable quota each kind of campaign per app
  • Work closely with sales marketing team, privilege team to devise a campaign that meets the clients’ brief and budget
  • Lead team to set Vendor Relationships, representatives in communication with vendors or suppliers, maintaining a positive working relationship with all vendors, as well as negotiating product and shipping prices and evaluating new vendors.
  • Develop and Implement Visual Merchandising Strategy for displaying products. This involves creating an online Planograms, product blend analytic, vendors’ performance tracker and delegating tasks to merchandiser team.
  • Analyze Sales Trends and Adjust Product Offering Accordingly , analyzing Key Performance Indicators ( KPIs ) to see which products are generating the most revenue and which products are selling less than projected. Then use this data to adjust the offering of products to each of Buzzebees’ projects accordingly.
  • Summarize analyze report to executive and related parties


  •  Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  •  10+ years of working experience in Business Development, Partnerships, e-Commerce or a relate field
  •  Strong business development and project management skills, along with excellent social skills in building win-win relationships with partners at all levels
  •  Ability to think strategically and execute methodically and adeptness at making data-driven decisions
  •  Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skill
  •  Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment
  •  Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment
  •  Self-motivated with a strong “CAN-DO” attitude, full passion for sales, result-oriented, and team player
  •  Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines and limited resources
