About the job

Job Description

  • Being strategic, devising, and developing the engaging workforce and activation ideas to improve the skill and efficiency for all staff.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of the organization's training programs and recommending areas of improvement.
  • Guiding the organization's training requirements and responsibilities.
  • Reviewing the training needs; modifies or improves existing programs or develops new training programs to meet those needs.
  • Implementing performance development plans and employee development programs.
  • Analyzing and measuring the impact of employee performance evaluation and ensuring it is aligned with the organization's performance and direction.
  • Plan and execute internal communication.
  • Analyze and can present statistical data.
  • Perform any other duties and/or special projects assigned by HR Manager

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in any filed
  • Minimum 5 years of experience HR Function especially in IT Business.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • A can-do attitude and Never give up
  • Can work under pressure, good analysis and problem solving
  • Computer literacy: Strong MS office: Word, Excel, PPT is Must
  • Very Good command of spoken & written English
