About the job

The HR Manager is pivotal in driving the organization’s human resource strategy. This role manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff. They also develop HR policy and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.


  1. Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
  2. Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment processes from job analysis to onboarding.
  3. Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process and work closely with managers to provide guidance on performance evaluations and professional development.
  4. Compensation & Benefits: Develop a consistent compensation and benefits strategy; manage payroll.
  5. Compliance & Legal: Ensure all processes and policies are compliant with local, state, and federal employment laws.
  6. Human Resource Development (HRD): Assist with the development of strategic plans that addresses needs and expectations.
  7. HR Communication: Provide guidance and support to HR team members in developing effective communication strategies and materials.
  8. HR Administration: Manage daily operations of the HR department, including maintaining employee records, managing HRIS (Human Resource Information System), and generating reports as required.


Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferable.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a senior role.
  3. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  4. Familiarity with HR software and tools, including data analytics.
  5. Professional HR certification (like PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is an advantage.
