Job Description

  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting for assigned brands and platforms.
  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve platforms’ performance.
  • Work with IT team to improve platforms’ performance.
  • Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
  • Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve platforms’ performance.
  • Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Develop promotion calendar and performances.
  • Monitor revenue and platform performance. Ready to change plan according to the performance.
  • Providing support for strategy development and sales performances.
  • Meeting customers’ expectations by developing strategies to make recommendations for best investment tactics for brands and platforms, based on analysis data.
  • Presenting project performances to upper management.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of users' behavior to derive suggestions for improvements.

Qualification

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in E-commerce.
  • Experience managing marketing and tech teams.
  • Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of UX/UI design and digital performance analysis.
  • Strong tech background is a plus.
  • Understanding and experience in, UX, UI and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
  • Degree level in Digital Marketing or any related field.
  • Well-developed understanding of data analysis as well as website metrics
  • Good data interpretation and organizational skills
