About the job

Job Description

  • 5 – 10 year of experiences on CRM loyalty platform, technology or digital business 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self - motivation 
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization 
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close 
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise. Proven track record on demonstrating, understanding and business acumen. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills 
  • Have a strong passion & successful track record in B2B sales 


  • Building a company brand in Vietnam / Malaysia 
  • New business set up covering commercial and sales activities within country 
  • Market analysis for customer segment and competitors 
  • Explore and identify new business opportunities 
  • Business penetration to targeted customer 
  • Overview end to end customer onboarding and implementation 
  • Overseeing the development of company marketing literature 
  • Providing management, the sales report with feedback 
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by coordinating with regional team  
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence 
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
