Responsibilities

  • In charge of answering customer Call/Mail/Chat
  • Provide accurate, satisfactory answers to customers’ queries and concerns
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Internal Communication (e.g querying to stock division when customers has a problem in redeeming process)
  • 6-workday

Qualifications

  • Service Mind
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Age 22-35
  • Fast learning, responsible, positive attitude, and self-enthusiasm
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Strong computer literacy in MS Office
