About the job

Job Description

  • Providing information to customers, answering inquiries and coordinating.
  • Provide detailed advice on Buzzebees products and services and solve problems for customers through various channels. as assigned in order to provide customers with the highest satisfaction
  • Build good relationship with customers. To ensure confidence in the use of the company's products and services
  • Collect and analyze customer usage data. to improve and find better solutions
  • Prepare relevant reports.

Qualification

  • Female, bachelor's degree, unlimited fields.
  • Can use Word, Excel, Internet, Email well.
  • Can use English to communicate well.
  • Love service, good human relations, like to talk and communicate. and good problem solving
  • Interested in learning new things. and always interested in new technology
  • If you have working experience of 1 year or more as an Online Customers/ Users Support and/or Customer Relations Officer from an online business, e-Commerce or Call Center will be given special consideration.
  • Work 6 days a week and off public holidays.
  • Working hours 9.30-18.00
