About the job

The B2B Partnership Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with key business partners, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. This role involves identifying potential partners, negotiating partnership deals, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of joint business initiatives. 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and Develop Partnerships: Research and identify potential B2B partners that align with the company’s strategic goals. Build relationships to develop long-term collaborations. 
  • Negotiate Contracts: Lead negotiations on partnership agreements, including pricing, service terms, and performance expectations. 
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Leverage partnerships to drive new revenue streams and business opportunities for both the company and partners. 
  • Manage Partner Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing support to maximize the value of the relationship. 
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure partnership agreements are executed efficiently and meet mutual objectives. 
  • Monitor Performance: Track and analyze partner performance metrics to ensure partnership goals are met and adjust strategies as needed. 
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Maintain a deep understanding of the industry landscape and emerging trends that could impact partnerships. 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. 
  • Experience: 
    • Minimum of 3-5 years in a business development, sales, or partnership management role, preferably in a B2B environment. 
    • Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships. 
  • Skills: 
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills. 
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level executives. 
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills. 
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze partnership performance and suggest improvements. 
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
