As Associate Sale Director , you will responsible for end to end sale process, from developing the pipeline , manage sale team and customer retention. You will face a lot of challenges but you will have full support to propose your new approach and solutions. You will work closely with Marketing team to co-develop sale campaign and drive sale revenue.Job Description
- Build sales pipeline, prospect potential customers, and close deals with an identified set of targets
- Manage the end to end sale process
- Able to understand the market needs and tailer sale package base on each market
- Manage and drive the sale team to achive target
- Set and execute the sales strategy
- Develop relationship with partners
- Maintain company product portfolio
- Work closely with Marketing team to generate revenue
- Identify trend and opportunity in the market
- Analyze usage and propose market gap
Qualification
- Prior experience of 5+ years in B2B sales or business development
- Experience in selling to small and medium organizations
- Truly self-directed – with a proven track record of over-achieving in a high-growth environment.
- Ability to research, identify, cultivate and drive key client opportunities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in selling solutions is a big plus
