Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
  • Execute all related tasks internal and external resources to expedite workflow
  • Oversee and uplift client’s platform performance

Qualifications

  • Perform and coordinate all activities on platform and client’s needs
  • Manage Contract and service agreement including quotation
  • Manage New Project and CR project for the flawless execution
  • Monitor activities and perform analytical report
  • Maintain all database of clients and all related tasks
